Editorial Guidelines

Our Purpose: To equip our readers to view the trends in the news and the culture through the lens of biblical principles and educate them on how to talk about these issues in easily understood language with the goal of transformation.

Our Readers: This site tries to target anyone interested in discussing the implications of the sociopolitical trends affecting our culture and those around the globe. While this site promotes both a constitutional and Judeo-Christian worldview we are interested in a discussion with anyone who is concerned about shaping the future of the world we live in.

Our Policies: While our articles will critique issues, policies, decisions, and lifestyles thoroughly, civility and respect for each individual must always be maintained throughout any discussion. 

Our Procedures: www.thetransforum does not accept or reply to unsolicited manuscripts. Writers may send a query e-mail briefly describing and outlining a proposed article along with brief biographical information to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Query emails must include the author’s name, telephone number, address and e-mail address.

Submitting Solicited Material: All articles submitted must relate to one of the six questions stated at the top of each section page under the Articles tab.

All articles submitted must end with a “Principle Based Evaluation.” A list of the principles approved for this site may be obtained upon request.

All articles submitted for consideration should be between 250-500 words in length. 

All articles submitted for consideration must be sent electronically in a format compatible with Microsoft Word 2003.

The submission of an article by an author grants the right to the editorial staff of www.thetransforum to review and edit the article at their discretion should it be accepted for publication.

No article will be approved for publication that is deemed disrespectful, libelous, self-promoting, or inappropriate.

Manuscripts submitted for consideration will not be returned to the author but will be destroyed if not selected for publication.

Use of Our Material: We encourage the use of our material in other venues with proper credits and references given.
